Job Title: Landscape Sales & Service Technician Location: Acworth, GA Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $45K/YR base plus bonus

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Landscape Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations, identifying landscaping and lawn care needs, and preparing accurate, timely estimates. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in landscaping with exceptional communication skills, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of residential and commercial clients. Will be working WARM LEADS!

Key Responsibilities:

Property Assessment & Sales

Conduct on-site evaluations to assess property conditions and client preferences.

Recommend landscape maintenance, enhancement, lawn care, and tree/shrub solutions based on client needs and budget.

Estimate Preparation

Create accurate and detailed job estimates using CRM/invoicing tools such as Jobber.

Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and scope of work to clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsive service.

Educate clients on available services, seasonal needs, and long-term property care strategies.

Address questions or concerns in a timely and solution-oriented manner.

CRM Management

Maintain detailed client records, job updates, and communications within the CRM system.

Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and follow up on open opportunities to close deals.

Time & Project Management

Manage multiple client accounts and project timelines simultaneously.

Ensure prompt follow-through on estimates, client meetings, and service delivery.

Customer Service Excellence

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

Conduct follow-up after service completion to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping.

Proven ability to evaluate site conditions and develop accurate project estimates.

Strong understanding of common landscaping tasks such as cleanups, sod installation, grading, and basic design.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools like Jobber.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
