Job summary

Russo Landscapes is seeking a dependable landscape crew leader to manage a small crew on residential projects in Acworth, GA.

You will assist with grading, drainage, irrigation, walls, patios, sod, trees, and lighting, while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced and capable in residential landscape construction.
• Rough and finish grading with skid steer, excavator, and mini skid.
• Drainage and irrigation installation experience.
• Retaining walls with modular block or natural stone.
• Paver, flagstone, and concrete patio and walkway installation.
• Sod, trees, shrubs and plant installation.
• Landscape lighting installation knowledge.
• Safe operation of trucks, trailers and equipment.
• Ability to read plans and follow layout.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grading, drainage and irrigation work on sites.
• Install retaining walls and pave patios/walkways.
• Plant sod, trees, shrubs, and install landscaping features.
• Install landscape lighting and manage crew tasks as directed.
• Prepare jobsites, load/unload materials, and operate hand/power tools.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. Responsibilities include assisting with grading, drainage and irrigation installation, retaining walls, patios and walkways, sod installation, planting trees and shrubs, and landscape lighting. Crew Members will help prepare jobsites, load and unload materials, operate hand and power tools, and assist with equipment as trained and directed.

Candidates should be able to follow instructions, work efficiently as part of a team, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and take pride in producing quality work. Previous landscape or construction experience is preferred but not required for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn.

Required Skills & Experience

Schedule:

• Manage a crew of 2-4 people
• Monday-Friday work schedule
