Job summary

Halff, a full-service infrastructure firm, seeks a Landscape Architect Project Manager in Fayetteville or Bentonville, AR. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage public and private landscape architecture and planning projects from concept to construction.

Responsibilities include leading design teams, preparing doc packages, and coordinating with clients. Travel within Arkansas is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Arkansas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect, or ability to acquire within a year.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a Professional Landscape Architect.
• Experience preparing proposals/scopes of work and reviewing invoices/submitting.
• Willingness to travel periodically, primarily within state.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through construction.
• Manage schedules and budgets to meet project goals.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and bidding packages.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Participate in construction administration.
• Contribute to planning and design for parks, trails, recreation, and development.
