Job description

We are a growing residential landscaping company based in Irving, Texas, serving homeowners across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From full backyard transformations to planting, hardscape, and irrigation projects, we create outdoor spaces our clients love. We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Project Manager to lead our residential installation projects from start to finish.

About the Role:

As a Landscape Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential landscape installation projects from the moment a contract is signed until the final walkthrough. You’ll plan schedules, manage crews and materials, keep projects on budget, and make sure every homeowner is thrilled with the result. If you enjoy seeing a project come to life and know how to keep crews and timelines on track, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple residential landscape projects at once, including planting, sod, hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls), irrigation, drainage, and landscape lighting.
  • Review designs and plans with the sales and design team before projects begin.
  • Create project schedules and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and nurseries.
  • Visit job sites daily to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Track project budgets, labor hours, and material costs to keep projects profitable.
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners, providing updates and handling questions or change orders.
  • Solve on-site problems quickly and keep projects moving forward.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with clients and make sure every detail is complete.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or installation, with at least 1–2 years managing projects or crews.
  • Strong knowledge of planting, hardscape, irrigation, and drainage installation.
  • Ability to read landscape plans and estimate materials and labor.
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with both crews and clients.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Comfortable using scheduling or project management software (Aspire, LMN, SingleOps, or similar is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience is welcome.
  • Certifications such as Texas Irrigator License, TNLA Certified Landscape Professional, ICPI/Hardscape certification, or OSHA 10/30 are a plus.
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
  • Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
  • Recognition programs and performance bonuses
  • Opportunities for continuing education and career growth
