Job summary

KW Landscape Architects in Houston is seeking a Project Coordinator to support design documentation and coordination of landscape projects from early design through construction documents. This role offers growth opportunities, mentorship of entry-level staff, and collaboration with consultants, vendors, and teammates to deliver accurate, high-quality project documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture with at least 2 years of related experience.
Strong conceptual thinking, spatial reasoning, and graphic composition.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop and related design software.
Ability to prepare clear, accurate drawings and coordinate with team and consultants.
Excellent written and verbal communication and eagerness to learn KW standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate landscape architectural drawings including planting, hardscape, grading, and lighting plans.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely information and follow-up.
Support documentation, design development, and construction detailing under leadership.
Mentor and support entry-level team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
