Job summary

KW Landscape Architects seeks a Project Coordinator in Houston to support landscape architecture projects from design through construction documentation. You will work with the design team to produce accurate drawings, coordinate with consultants, and grow into a trusted team member.

The role emphasizes your technical foundation, curiosity, and commitment to outdoor environments aligned with KW’s mission. This position includes growth opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in landscape architecture, design documentation, or a closely related design environment.
Ability to coordinate with teammates, leadership, consultants, vendors, and project partners.

Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate landscape architectural drawings (planting plans, hardscape plans, layouts, grading, lighting, materials, tree mitigation, permit planting).
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal team; ensure information is complete and usable.
Provide proactive project status updates to leadership and help maintain project momentum.
