AtWork! Landscaping is seeking a dependable Laborer to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on commercial contracts. You will operate mowers and trimmers, trim and rake, and coordinate with the Crew Supervisor to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.
The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, with training provided on equipment and safety standards.

AtWork! Landscape crews work independently with guidance from the Crew Supervisor and Director of Operations to meet or exceed customer expectations. The Landscaping Laborer performs a variety of landscaping maintenance work, such as raking, mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding, on commercial contracts.

The work environment is outdoors. As such, the employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold and/or extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally high. Protective equipment is provided, and employees are required to wear it in certain conditions and when operating certain types of equipment.
