$38.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Here’s What You’d Do

A Landscape Paver Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape paver projects.

You’d Be Responsible For

• Conducting weekly job site inspections
• Completing job site checklist
• Installation of required materials for landscape paver development
• Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
• Managing crews’ production rates, quality control, and safety
• Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensuring all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings
• Confirming all employees operate safely at all times, including reviewing potential traffic hazards, performing safety gear checks, underground alert reviews, other trades hazard reviews, and general public safety checks
• Maintaining a hazardous communication folder with relevant chemical forms
• Reporting reckless or dangerous activities to the job superintendent; notifying Safety Office of accidents and submitting reports as per company policy
• Abiding by internal control & compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure duties segregation, comply with laws, maintain confidentiality, and reconcile assets periodically

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Knowledge of blueprints
• Ability to lead and manage crews
• First aid certification
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum 3 years construction site experience
• Experience working near automotive traffic and natural bodies of water
• Availability to work 8+ hours/day, some overtime/weekend work
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (temperatures over 100°F) and in direct sunlight
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously
