Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape industry experience with leadership
• Proven ability to supervise crews and manage schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and foremen with weekly safety meetings
• Own crew scheduling and routing for accounts, adjust for weather
• Conduct field quality inspections and coach foremen
• Manage labor hours and materials to stay on budget
• Spot enhancement opportunities and coordinate with Account Manager
• Represent TJL professionally on client sites
