Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds by mowing, cutting lawns, trimming and edging along walkways, flower beds and walls.
• Trim bushes and trees; plant bushes and flowers; fertilize lawns and use lawn care chemicals as needed.
• Remove snow and spread salt as required; perform safety checks on equipment and report needs.
