Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Landscape Laborer to maintain property grounds through mowing, edging, and pruning. The role covers lawn care, trimming, planting, and basic upkeep of equipment, with on-the-job training provided.

You will assist in keeping walkways safe, sidewalks clean, and landscapes healthy while following safety procedures in a facility environment. Ideal for individuals entering the workforce or re-entering, with opportunities across commercial properties.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting.
• Operate mowers, blowers, and sprinkler systems and perform basic carpentry/painting tasks.
• Remove litter and clean roads, parking lots, and walks for safety.
• Remove ice and snow and apply ice melter and road sand as needed.
• Ensure safe work areas and report equipment safety issues.
