Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on experience.
• Groundskeeping experience helpful, landscaping knowledge and best practices preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planting, mulching, edging, pruning, bed care and weeding.
• Assist with design/build tasks on patios, walkways, and drainage projects as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe job site and follow safety policies.
• Operate small-engine machinery and learn Terra methods and equipment.
• Provide snow/ice removal when applicable in winter months.
