Job summary

Dreamscapes Lawn Maintenance Co Inc in Acworth, GA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Crew Leader who is motivated, dependable and customer-oriented. You will oversee landscape maintenance projects and guide a team to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting properties, ensuring safety, completing paperwork, and selling services to clients while growing your book of business.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years lawn maintenance experience preferred.
• Landscape maintenance experience is REQUIRED.

• Complete property inspections and report to supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating all equipment.
• Complete paperwork, required forms, and client's instructions.
• Perform a daily three‑minute, 360‑degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Sell needed services to your clients.

  • Three (3) years lawn maintenance experience preferred
  • Natural pruning knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus!
• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• 9 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
