Qualifications

• 3-5 years related industry experience required.
• Will need to obtain relevant certifications within 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall customer experience and program execution.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality standards.
• Work with Area Managers to meet property GM budgets.
