Merion Landscape Services is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Leadman to coordinate complex landscape maintenance projects. This full-time role focuses on leading crews, planning tasks, and ensuring work meets both safety and quality standards.

You will interact with clients, monitor production goals, and oversee job sites from start to finish while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires reliability, stamina, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Valid driver's license (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Regular, dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
