Let It Grow, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Laborer to assist with installation and maintenance of landscaping projects for residential and commercial properties. You will perform lawn care, planting, mulching, cleanup, and related tasks as part of a cooperative outdoor crew.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys outdoor work in a team setting. Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus; OSHA 10 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

• Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying mulch.

Job Description

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and seasonal overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial landscaping and property maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plant and turf care practices.
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
