Qualifications

• Experience with general landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and leaf removal.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and leaf removal.
• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying mulch.
• Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup activities.
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions, property damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with seasonal services such as spring and fall cleanups, snow removal, and property preparation.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and seasonal overtime as needed.

Skills:

• Experience with commercial landscaping and property maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plant and turf care practices.
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
