Job summary

Freeman Landscape, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a crew and ensure exceptional service for clients in the Wilmington, NC area. This full-time role offers year-round work and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily routes, assign tasks, train crew members, operate landscape equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards on every property. A valid NC driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape maintenance.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; dependable and professional.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial landscape equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to work around heavy equipment and vehicles safelyExcellent stamina and physical endurance
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
