The opportunities are endless.**Job Summary:** MD Landscaping is looking to add experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our team. This role is responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties while achieving overseeing maintenance, quality control, and training.**We are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified applicants!** **Responsibilities:*** Train new crew members on responsibilities while conducting their route* Lead weekly safety training and propose topics when inconsistency is identified within crews* Lead and manage crews in preparation and execution of daily tasks* Demonstrate a high level of initiative to improve inefficiencies and quality* Perform and execute monthly inventory of all tools and supplies for trucks and trailers* Verify all equipment needed is on the vehicle at the beginning of every shift* Maintain vehicles and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and organization on a weekly basis* Conduct daily route of client properties on schedule* Conduct initial and post completion property walks* Knowledge of basic chemical application* Maintain communication between crew and leadership* Seasonal snow duties as assigned**Experience:*** 3+yrs of crew lead/foreman experience (preferred)* 5+yrs of field experience (preferred)* valid driver's license* Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)* strong horticulture, pest, and disease knowledge* previous experience operating truck and trailer, box trucks, maintenance equipment, and snowplows**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
