Job summary

Yardnique is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member / Driver to join our team in Concord, NC. You will safely drive a company vehicle to job sites, transport crew members and equipment, and perform mowing, pruning, and plant care under supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Ability to safely operate landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisory direction.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (lifting, bending, standing, etc.).
• Must safely operate a company vehicle while transporting crew members and materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle to and from assigned job sites and other locations.
• Transport crew members, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and general plant care.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers).
• Maintain turf areas, landscape beds, and hardscapes to look well-kept.
• Report property damage or irrigation concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Record hours worked and follow timekeeping procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with team, customers, and staff.
• Follow safety, PPE, vehicle, and conduct guidelines.

Yardnique is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member / Driver to join our team. As a key part of our landscape maintenance operations, this role is responsible for ensuring that client properties are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety. Working under the guidance of a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, the Crew Member / Driver will perform a variety of landscaping tasks and safely transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from job sites using a company vehicle. Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle to and from assigned job sites and other designated locations.
• Transport crew members, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and general plant care according to company standards and supervisor instructions.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, and other related tools.
• Maintain turf areas, landscape beds, and hardscapes to ensure a well-kept appearance.
• Report any property damage, irrigation concerns, or other issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment and vehicles as assigned.
• Accurately record hours worked and follow company timekeeping procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with team members, supervisors, customers, and company personnel.
• Follow all required safety, PPE, vehicle, and conduct guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
