Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Division Manager in Training to oversee Regional and Area Account Managers across enhancements, irrigation, and turf & ornamental applications.

You will lead operations, manage budgets, and drive growth while embedding company values and ensuring policy compliance. Strong leadership and horticultural knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in finance, operations, or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in project and time management.
• Effective communication via documentation, phone, and in person.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticulture.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operational activities to achieve growth and profit goals for the region.
• Model and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor staff; hire and develop team members.
• Budget control of hours, productivity, and division expenses.
• Provide timely financial and production reports to the executive team.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for managers and teams.
