Job summary

C.J. McCarthy Landscape is seeking hard-working individuals to join our growing maintenance crews. The role requires experience with lawn care, dump trucks and related equipment, with a focus on spring/fall cleanups and daily maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance experience required, including spring/fall cleanups and mowing.
• Experience driving medium-duty dump trucks and trailers.
• Capable of operating lawn care equipment and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Spring cleanups with weeding, edging and mulching.
• Fall cleanup using leaf vacuum and removal equipment.
• Mowing with commercial-grade mowers and routine maintenance.
• Operate trimming and pruning tasks as part of maintenance.

We're looking for hard working individuals that want to be a part of our growing maintenance crews.

Experience driving medium duty dump trucks and trailers.

Property maintenance experience a must to include spring and fall cleanups, lawn mowing and other aspects of maintenance (trimming, pruning, etc).

For spring cleanups, will be responsible for daily work that includes weeding, edging and mulching.

Fall cleanups will be responsible for daily work that includes operating a leaf vacuum and other leaf removal equipment as well as fall pruning and trimming.

For lawn mowing, experience operating commercial grade lawn mowers, weed whackers, backpack blowers with routine maintenance (changing blades, filters, greasing, etc.)
