Job summary

Tri Scapes, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Tech to join our Alpharetta-based team. You will perform routine landscape tasks on high-profile commercial properties, focusing on precision, pride, and quality workmanship.

You’ll mow, edge, prune, plant, and keep sites clean, safe, and presentable. A willingness to learn, dependability, and the ability to work outdoors in Georgia weather are essential for success at Tri Scapes.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in Georgia weather.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with attention to clean lines.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers, and apply mulch.
• Keep parking lots and public spaces debris-free and professional.
• Safely operate landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed.
• Maintain Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.

Duties

• Perform routine landscape tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with a focus on clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers/foliage according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Ensure parking lots, curbs, and public spaces are debris-free and professional.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools like commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to keep landscapes thriving.
• Maintain a strict commitment to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
