Job summary

Tri Scapes, a leading commercial landscape contractor, seeks a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to maintain high-profile properties and municipal sites. You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, and site cleanliness to ensure every property looks its best.

We value pride in work, safety, and reliability. Training is available for the right candidate who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic team across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but training is available.
• Able to work outdoors in Georgia weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A valid US drivers license and clean driving record is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with focus on clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers as per designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Ensure parking lots and public spaces are debris-free and professional.
• Safely operate/lend landscaping tools like mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Maintain safety culture on every job site.

Duties

• Perform routine landscape tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with a focus on clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers/foliage according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Ensure parking lots, curbs, and public spaces are debris-free and professional.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools like commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to keep landscapes thriving.
• Maintain a strict commitment to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
