Position Summary:

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for the care and upkeep of residential and commercial landscapes. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and irrigation support to ensure properties are healthy, clean, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
2. Weed planting beds, apply mulch, and prune shrubs and small trees.
3. Operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and efficiently.
4. Assist with the seasonal cleanup of leaves, debris, and storm damage.
5. Support irrigation checks and minor repairs under direction.
6. Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues to the Crew Leader.
7. Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.
8. Provide courteous and respectful service to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in landscape maintenance, but not required.
2. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
3. Basic knowledge of landscape tools and equipment.
4. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
6. Valid driver’s license required.
