Job summary

The Grounds Guys of College Station is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape & Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a crew serving residential and commercial properties in the Bryan–College Station area.

This hands-on leadership role involves directing daily work, maintaining schedules, inspecting results, and upholding our quality standards across projects from lawn maintenance to installation and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional lawn maintenance or landscaping.
• Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds and work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a lawn-maintenance and landscaping crew.
• Review routes and instructions to ensure timely, quality work.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general cleanup.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and basic landscape installations.
• Perform basic irrigation repairs and assist with installations.
