The role involves physical, hands-on work on installation, maintenance, cleanup, and material handling beyond mowing, with a team-focused environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with approximately 45 hours per week and overtime variances.

Qualifications

• No landscaping experience required; training is available.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical labor throughout the day.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to work in heat, cold, and other weather conditions.
• Reliable and able to report on time daily.
• Able to follow directions and work well with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Planting, mulching, trimming, pruning, and leaf removal.
• Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
• Move topsoil, dig trenches, lay sod, and assist with tree work.
• Use wheelbarrows to move heavy materials.
• Perform debris cleanup and general job site cleanup.
• Assist with aerating, seeding, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Possible snow removal work as needed.

Pay: $18/hr
