Roche Landscaping Services is excited to announce an opening for a full‑time Landscape Laborer. This position plays a crucial role in the physical execution of our landscaping projects. Due to the hands‑on nature of this role, the position is not remote and requires the candidate to be present at various job sites. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the creation and maintenance of aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting, sod laying, mulching, grading, and stonework.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and wheelbarrows.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for each job site.
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to execute projects efficiently and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and representing the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing other physically demanding tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
