Job summary

SHOOTING STAR LANDSCAPE LLC is seeking landscape laborers to perform planting, mulching, pruning, and cleanup across our Arizona job sites. You will operate company vehicles, maintain lawns, and assist with material handling while following safety protocols.

This role requires outdoor work in hot weather and a reliable, team-oriented mindset. Qualified candidates should have a valid driver''s license with a clean record; prior landscape or outdoor labor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely.
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot Arizona weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape labor including planting, mulching, weeding, trimming, and cleanup.
• Operate and drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely.
• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscape beds to company standards.
• Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow crew leader instructions and maintain a safe, efficient worksite.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition.
