Job summary

Aloha ‘Āina Landscaping is a locally owned and award-winning Hawaii company seeking a Landscape Laborer to support outdoor projects. You will perform hands-on landscaping and construction tasks and contribute to a team-focused work environment.

Responsibilities include digging, grading, irrigation installs, vehicle transport, and maintaining a safe, organized site while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tow a trailer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape labor including hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, and operating machinery as needed.
• Assist with fence installations, concrete work, and irrigation system installation.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks according to project specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing at the shop.
• Care for and safely handle company equipment, ensuring proper oil and gas mixtures.
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members through professionalism and effective communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project goals.
