Aloha 'Āina Landscaping in Hawaii is seeking an Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for thriving landscapes. The role emphasizes safe practices, quality workmanship, and positive client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in irrigation or related plumbing work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, and performing outdoor labor for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform all irrigation technician duties on assigned projects
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair existing irrigation systems as needed
• Install new irrigation systems, including all components from the initial point of connection to spray nozzles and timer clock wiring
• Accurately complete and submit time and material tracking paperwork after each project
• Follow assigned work schedules and project specifications
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Assist with shop duties such as sweeping, organizing, and cleaning as needed
• Properly care for and maintain equipment, including safe handling and correct oil and gas mixture
• Perform other related duties as assigned
