Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Lithonia, GA is seeking a hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. You will perform daily grounds maintenance and support lawn care to reflect our high standards.

Under the Field Operations Manager, you will assist with sod, mulch, plantings, and seasonal installations. You will support turf care and irrigation tasks and help with hardscape and earthwork projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor manual labor is preferred but training is available.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and work in varying Georgia weather.
• Dependable transportation to dispatch location (Stone Mountain area) and a strong work ethic.
• Keen eye for lawn aesthetics and details.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from Crew Leads and Managers.

Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance: mowing, edging, blowing, and weeding to maintain pristine properties.
• Installations & Enhancements: sod, mulch, pine straw, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Specialized Services: assist with chemical applications, aeration, and irrigation system tasks.
• Hardscape & Earthworks: assist with grading, excavation, and minor construction.
• Equipment Care: operate and maintain power equipment safely.
• Professionalism: maintain uniform, punctuality, and courteous client interaction.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution of grounds maintenance, installations, and specialized lawn care. You will work under the direction of our Field Operations Manager to ensure every property we touch reflects our high standards of \"lawn love.\"

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance: Perform routine tasks including mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding to maintain pristine conditions for residential and commercial properties.




• Installations & Enhancements: Assist in the installation of sod, mulch, pine straw, flowers, shrubs, and trees.




• Specialized Services: Support our Turf Care and Irrigation teams with tasks related to chemical applications, aeration, and irrigation system repairs or installs.




• Hardscape & Earthworks: Assist with grading, excavation, and minor construction projects as part of our earthworks services.




• Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain commercial-grade power equipment (zero-turn mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.) and hand tools.




• Professionalism: Represent the \"Let Us Love Your Lawn\" brand by maintaining a clean uniform, arriving on time, and interacting courteously with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor manual labor is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with the right attitude.




• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), constant walking, bending, and kneeling in various Georgia weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).




• Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to our dispatch location (Stone Mountain area) and a consistent work ethic.
