A premier landscape maintenance company in California is hiring skilled Landscape Laborers and Crew Leaders. Crew Leaders will supervise crews, manage maintenance tasks, and must have at least 3 years of experience in landscape operations, including safe equipment handling and knowledge of fertilizers. • CREW LEADER / FOREMAN - Report to National City
• GENERAL LABORERS - Report to National City

Landscape Crew Leaders / Foremen – Our Crew Leaders are responsible for driving our crews to job sites, performing all landscape maintenance tasks, supervising and training their crew members. Qualified candidates will have 3 years minimum proven experience in all aspects of landscape/turf maintenance, including professional, safe operation of all related equipment and machinery; knowledge and experience in the application of fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides; irrigation systems maintenance/repairs; management skills for supervision and training. MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. GREAT PAY commensurate with proven experience.

• Laborers – Some experience desired, but not required (we will train you the SAFE way to work!)

El candidato para esta posición tendrá mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobada en todos los aspectos de mantenimiento, incluyendo el manejo profesional y seguro de todo equipo y maquinaria; conocimiento y experiencia en aplicación de lo siguientes: fertilizantes, herbicidas, fungicidas, y pesticidas; conocimiento en operación y reparación de irrigación; habilidad y conocimiento para supervisión y manejo de sus trabajadores. DEBE TENER licencia de conducir de California con buen record. Buen paga comenzando dependiendo de su experiencia y paga en otras empresas.
