Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Planting Team Member to contribute to landscape installations by handling softscape and select hardscape tasks on outdoor sites. The role emphasizes quality planting, soil, mulch, and turf installation with a focus on safety and teamwork.

You will load materials, install plants and sod, assist with simple hardscape work, and maintain cleanliness and organization on site while meeting schedules and standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Adequate mobility for standing, bending, kneeling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport plant material and soil to job sites.
• Install softscape elements such as perennials, shrubs, and trees.
• Install sod or hydroseed as needed.
• Assist with small hardscape installations like walls and edging.
• Use hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, organize, and clean up job sites daily.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
