Job summary

Mint Landscapes, based in Lacey, WA, is seeking a hands-on Landscape Installation Foreman to lead a small crew and oversee high-quality landscape projects for residential and HOA clients.

You will read plans, install hardscape features, and ensure projects meet specifications while maintaining professionalism and craftsmanship on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape or hardscape installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall construction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small crew.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
• High attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license (truck and trailer experience preferred).
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install pavers, patios, and walkways per project specs.
• Construct retaining walls and other hardscape features.
• Perform irrigation system installations and troubleshooting.
• Install plants, prepare beds, lay sod or turf.
• Lead and supervise a crew of 1–3 on site.
• Read landscape plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and HOA clients.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites.
