Landscape Logic is always looking for talented individuals to join our team! We are seeking crew members, foremen, and operators to create and maintain unique and beautiful outdoor living spaces. Landscape Logic is seeking motivated team members to join our Landscaping Installation crew! We’re looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic who can prioritize tasks effectively. This is an hourly non-exempt position.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required
• A clean driving record and the ability to operate landscaping vehicles and machinery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are being met and process is being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Have experience with planting and hardscape materials as well as landscaping tools and equipment
• Detailed hardscape and masonry experience a plus.
• Be a good problem solver
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor environment, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Regular lifting of heavy materials and equipment.
• May require working early mornings or weekends, depending on project timelines.
