Past landscaping experience is preferred, with a focus on quality work and positive attitude, while being comfortable handling tools and working in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred.
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, and lift 40+ pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools like shovels and rakes.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment like mowers and tractors.
• Water lawns and plants using sprinkler systems.
