Hiring Range $16.20 - $21.08 / Hourly

Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Overview

Responsible for ensuring grounds are maintained to standard as assigned at Riverside Health System properties. Job assignments will include but not limited to, use of push mowing equipment, power edging, blowers and string trimming equipment; mulching, trash removal, weeding, leaf removal; assist with hedge trimming, planting, and other landscape jobs.

Performs preventive maintenance on equipment such as greasing, oil levels, tire inflation, and cleaning/washing of equipment; also performs snow removal/storm clean-up includes, but is not limited to shoveling and cleaning of entranceways, walkways and parking lots of snow, ice and/or debris.
