Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small-scale landscaping operations on commercial grounds. You will plant, remove, and reconfigure lawn areas, install planters, and support maintenance tasks across sites.

Responsibilities include operating lawn equipment, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and assisting with cement work and trenching as needed. A valid driver’s license and basic landscape knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge to identify proper water application and penetration.
• Current drivers’ license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and cement surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal and replanting; convert lawn areas to planters and vice versa.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment and water plants as scheduled.
• Apply fertilizer following standards; prune and trim trees and shrubs.
