Job summary

Kabredlo's Property is seeking an experienced landscaping professional for steady, year-round work in Lincoln. You will maintain landscaping at our apartment communities, perform seasonal cleanups, and ensure plants, trees, and irrigation systems are cared for daily.

The role requires at least 2 years of professional landscaping experience, use of landscaping tools, and a valid driver's license. We offer full benefits and a team-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar experience.
• Experience with landscaping tools and equipment.
• Irrigation or sprinkler repair experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping at apartment communities throughout Lincoln.
• Prune, weed, mulch, plant, and complete seasonal cleanups.
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
• Spot and correct landscape, irrigation, weed, and property appearance issues.
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials.
• Inspect, adjust, and make basic repairs to sprinkler and irrigation systems.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Maintain professional landscaping at apartment communities throughout Lincoln
• Prune, weed, mulch, plant, and complete seasonal cleanups
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas
• Spot and correct landscape, irrigation, weed, and property appearance issues
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
• Inspect, adjust, and make basic repairs to sprinkler and irrigation systems
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar experience
• Experience using landscaping tools and equipment
• Irrigation or sprinkler repair experience strongly preferred
• Strong attendance and a dependable work history
• Able to work independently and recognize what needs to be done
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in heat, cold, rain, and snow
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay and Benefits

Starting at $25/hour or more, based on experience and skill level. Guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, year-round. This is a permanent position with room to grow with our company.
