Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Landscape Associate to oversee grounds in our outdoor community environments. The role focuses on plant care, lawn maintenance, and irrigation system upkeep to uphold high standards.

You will collaborate with the Landscape Division, meet with residents, and ensure safety and quality in all landscaping tasks. Valid driver’s license and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with plants and grounds upkeep
• Understanding of horticulture and landscape design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Master Gardener certification or related landscaping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee grounds and ensure landscaping matches community standards
• Plant, replace, fertilize, and weed beds to high standards
• Repair and maintain irrigation systems and ensure operability
• Trimming and care of flowerbeds and beds
• Coordinate with Landscape Division Supervisors on needs
• Meet with residents to discuss issues and concerns
• Perform duties with meticulous care and high quality
