Job summary

Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a full-time Landscaper/Gardener to maintain grounds across two premier campuses. The role is permanent year-round with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours weekly, paid at $18.50 per hour.

You will work outdoors in all seasons, performing turf care, planting, pruning, and general grounds upkeep, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grade terrain, apply fertilizers, seed and sod lawns, and transplant plant material.
• Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers.
• Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens.
• Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
• Prune shrubs and trees to maintain appearance and remove damaged branches.
• Rake leaves and maintain clean outdoor spaces.
• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Remove snow from walkways and driveways.
• Spread salt on public passageways to help prevent ice buildup.
• Water lawns and shrubs as needed.

What You'll Do
