Responsibilities

• Ensure each job runs efficiently and on schedule.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases using safe, sustainable methods.
• Water pots, containers, beds and borders, maintaining appropriate moisture levels.
• Support seasonal planting and gardening improvement projects.
• Communicate daily with managers and maintain tidiness of garden beds.
• Work independently or as part of a small team.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Assist Crew Leader with job-related tasks.

We are looking to add dedicated individuals to our growing team. Our Project Manager position is open to applicants who live near our office in Winter Park, CO, or in a nearby area like Fraser or Tabernash. Our Project Managers are primarily responsible for managing all landscape construction projects from start to finish.

• Carry out general garden maintenance: wedding, pruning, planting, mulching, and edging.
• Maintain borders, hedges, trees, and shrubs to a high standard.
• Ensure each job is running efficiently and on schedule
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases using sae, sustainable methods.
• Water pots, planted containers, garden beds, and borders as needed, ensuring appropriate moisture levels for plant health.
• Support seasonal planting and gardening improvement projects.
• Communicate daily with managers.
• Maintain tidiness and presentation of all garden beds.
• Work independently or as part of a small team.
• Comply will all company policies and regulations.
• Assist Crew leader with job-related tasks.

Gardener Applicant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 season of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent stamina is required.
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
• Monday - Friday availability, with occasional weekend work
• Full - time, seasonal.
• Must have reliable transportation to our office in Tabernash, CO
