Job summary

Valley Nissan is seeking a reliable Full-Time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to manage exterior maintenance for multiple properties in the Boulder, Larimer and Weld county area. You will ensure lawns and landscapes stay pristine and handle routine turf and vegetation care with various equipment.

Ideal candidates have landscaping or groundskeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and stamina to work outdoors in Colorado weather. This role offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or lawn maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various Colorado weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Turf care: mowing, grass cutting, edging, and trimming.
• Vegetation management including weed control and handling overgrowth.
• Tree & shrub care such as routine pruning and clearing hazards.
• Equipment maintenance: operate and perform basic preventive maintenance on landscaping gear.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to manage the exterior maintenance of several residential, business, and rental properties in the Boulder, Larimer and Weld county area. Scope Of Work To Include But Not Limited To

Turf Care

Mowing, grass cutting, edging, and string trimming.

Vegetation Management

Weed control (hand pulling and spraying) and managing overgrowth.

Tree & Shrub Care

Routine tree trimming, pruning, and clearing low-hanging or dead branches.

Equipment Maintenance

Safely operating and performing basic preventative maintenance on mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or lawn maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (transporting equipment between properties is required).
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various Colorado weather conditions.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail.
