Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Rio Verde, AZ, seeks a Foreman for the Landscape Maintenance Team to lead upkeep of all landscaped areas and hardscapes. You will supervise crews, ensure timely task completion, and maintain plant health while upholding safety standards.

Minimum two to four years in landscape maintenance with supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Valid driver’s license may be required for site operations.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ landscape maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of native and desert plants and water needs.
• Ability to operate irrigation timers and repair drip/spray systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate company values to help achieve goals.
• Identify plants and assess health throughout the community.
• Perform upkeep and manicuring of landscaped areas.
• Supervise Laborers and Crew Leaders daily.
• Record daily/weekly work logs and reports.
• Work safely with PPE and report hazards.
