The primary responsibility of the Landscape Foreman is to oversee designated landscape projects. Coordinate and manage team members along with their schedules. This position will perform a variety of outdoor landscape project installations that improve the functional and/or aesthetic value of the property. Many of the projects include softscape and hardscape installation, including pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. All Weller Brothers team members are expected to provide excellent client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions, and providing information as needed. A landscape foreman will perform and ensure all team members are executing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.
The physical demands include lifting up to 10# for sedentary work, up to 20# for light work, up to 30# for light-medium work, up to 50# for medium work, up to 80# for light heavy work, and up to 100# for heavy work, with varying frequencies.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Schedules depend on weather and business needs.
