Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Dallas, TX is hiring full-time Landscape Field Manager. You will perform landscaping tasks, lead crew members, and ensure safety and quality on-site. Must have a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

The role requires outdoor work, ability to lift heavy loads, and experience with landscape equipment. You will assist in scheduling and timekeeping while coordinating with clients about property needs.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and weekly scheduling skills.
• Motivated with good time-management and service quality.
• Ability to lead and train crew members when needed.
• Identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
