Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking an Enhancements Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping enhancement projects. The Crew Leader will lead a team, ensure work is completed efficiently, and maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading a team of landscapers, coordinating with clients, ensuring on-time completion, training team members, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety practices on job sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of various plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
