Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a motivated landscape installer to join our Phoenix team. You will install plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, and coordinate basic irrigation adjustments on residential and commercial properties.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow project plans. You’ll work with a crew on site, communicate with supervisors, and help ensure work is completed on schedule and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
• Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
