Job summary

Monarch Landscape Companies is seeking a hands-on landscape installer to support the execution of enhancement projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and timely completion while operating a range of landscape equipment.

The ideal candidate will have basic landscape construction experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to communicate effectively with crew members and management. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic common sense and ability to follow tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong commitment to high quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools used on job sites.
• Must be able to work well with crew and manager; reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as sod, plant, stone, soil and related installations.
• Safely operate landscape equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, power tools, mowers, etc.).
• Assist with training of crews and maintain positive relationships with team.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to dress code and weather policies.
• Be punctual and complete tasks within required timeframes.
